2008 DBF Final Rulemaking: 12-15-2008
These Rules of the Department of Banking and Finance have been finally adopted on December 15, 2008. They were filed with the Secretary of State on December 15, 2008, and will be effective 20 days following or January 5, 2009.

2008 DBF Proposed Rulemaking: 11-14-2008

2008 Final Rulemaking: 8-4-2008
These Rules of the Department of Banking and Finance have been finally adopted on August 4, 2008. They were filed with the Secretary of State on August 4, 2008, and became effective on August 25, 2008.
