Order to Cease and Desist Issued to Robert H. Howard Becomes Final

Atlanta, Georgia ~ On January 18, 2008, an Order to Cease and Desist issued by the Georgia Department of Banking and Finance ("Department") to Robert H. Howard of Rex, Georgia, became final.

This Order to Cease and Desist was issued by the Department after it obtained evidence that showed at that time it was unlawful for Robert H. Howard to be employed in the mortgage brokering or lending industry in Georgia.
