Order to Cease and Desist Issued to Amy Kim aka Amy Okhee Jung Becomes Final

Atlanta, Georgia ~ On February 12, 2008, the Georgia Department of Banking and Finance’s (“Department’s”) Order to Cease and Desist issued to Amy Kim aka Amy Okhee Jung of Suwanee, Georgia 30024, became final. 

This Order to Cease and Desist was issued to Ms. Kim by the Department for making misrepresentations in loan files submitted to mortgage lenders while in the employ of Mirinae Realty & Financial Solutions, Inc.   

Pursuant to state law that was in effect when the violations underlying this Order to Cease and Desist were committed, the Department may revoke the license of a mortgage broker or lender that employs an individual against whom a final Order to Cease and Desist has been issued within the preceding three years.
