Order to Cease and Desist Issued to Ashley Gerard Roundtree Becomes Final

Atlanta, Georgia ~ On August 29, 2008, an Order to Cease and Desist issued by the Georgia Department of Banking and Finance (“Department”) to Ashley Gerard Roundtree of Augusta, Georgia, became final.

This Order to Cease and Desist was issued by the Department after evidence was obtained showing that it was unlawful for Mr. Roundtree to be employed in the residential mortgage brokering and lending industries in Georgia.
