Order to Cease and Desist to Corey L. Brown Becomes Final

Atlanta, Georgia ~ On June 15, 2008, an Order to Cease and Desist issued by the Georgia Department of Banking and Finance (“Department”) to Corey L. Brown of Ellenwood, Georgia, became final.

This Order to Cease and Desist was issued by the Department after evidence was obtained showing that it was unlawful for Mr. Brown to be employed in the residential mortgage brokering and lending industries in Georgia.
