Online Services

The Department offers online filing and fee payment for certain types of applications and registrations.  These online services are provided for the entities and types of activities we regulate under Georgia laws and Department Regulations.  Links to the online services we offer are found below by entity type.

IMPORTANT NOTE: To login and access the online systems below, you MUST have Internet Explorer (IE) 6.0 or Netscape Navigator 7.0 or higher or Mozilla Firefox.  For most of the links below, you must also accept the security certificate when you log-in and see the Security Alert.  Note that if you are using IE 7 or higher, you may see a security certificate problem message.  Please be assured that the security certificate on our website is issued by a valid certificate authority and is secure.  You may proceed safely by clicking on "Continue to this website."
