Georgia Department of Banking and Finance's Order to Cease and Desist issued to Jennifer Frady Sims f/k/a Jennifer F. McKenzie Becomes Final

Atlanta, Georgia - On January 4, 2012, the Georgia Department of Banking and Finance (“Department”) entered into a Consent Order with Jennifer Frady Sims f/k/a Jennifer F. McKenzie (License Number 24322, Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (“NMLS”) Number 169339), formerly sponsored by DeWitt Mortgage Services and Property Management, LLC (NMLS Number 159325), to resolve allegations pertaining to violations of the Georgia Residential Mortgage Act and agency rules. 

Upon entry of the Consent Order, the mortgage loan originator’s license of Ms. Sims was deemed surrendered and the Order to Cease and Desist issued to Ms. Sims became final.

Pursuant to state law, the Department may revoke the license of a mortgage broker or mortgage lender that employs an individual against whom a final Order to Cease and Desist has been issued within the preceding five years.
