I have a question or complaint about my bank...

The Georgia Department of Banking and Finance has no supervisory authority over any bank that is federally chartered or headquartered in another state.

Please check the table below for banks with branches in Georgia over which this Department has no authority. We DO NOT regulate these financial institutions and we cannot answer any questions or process complaints regarding their operation.  If you locate the name of the institution about which you have a question or complaint, please follow the link to the primary regulator for that financial institution for assistance.
