Georgia Department of Banking and Finance's Orders to Cease and Desist Issued to Michael Stone Become Final

Atlanta, Georgia - On September 29 and October 18, 2010, respectively, Orders to Cease and Desist issued by the Georgia Department of Banking and Finance (“Department”) to Michael W. Stone of Bethlehem, Georgia, became final.

These Orders to Cease and Desist were issued by the Department after evidence was obtained showing that it was unlawful for Mr. Stone to be employed by a licensed Georgia residential mortgage broker or lender.
