Georgia Department of Banking and Finance's Order to Cease and Desist Issued to Thomas Owen Craton Becomes Final

Atlanta, Georgia - On October 25, 2010, the Order to Cease and Desist issued by the Georgia Department of Banking and Finance (“Department”) to Thomas Owen Craton of Woodstock, Georgia, became final.

The Order to Cease and Desist was issued by the Department after evidence was obtained showing that it was unlawful for Mr. Craton to be employed by a licensed Georgia residential mortgage broker or lender.
