Georgia Department of Banking and Finance's Order to Cease and Desist Issued to Michael J. Covin Becomes Final

Atlanta, Georgia — On May 13, 2011, an Order to Cease and Desist issued by the Georgia Department of Banking and Finance (“Department”) to Michael J. Covin of Snellville, Georgia became final.

The Order to Cease and Desist was issued by the Department after evidence was obtained showing that it was unlawful for Michael J. Covin to be employed by a licensed Georgia residential mortgage broker or lender.
