Order to Cease and Desist Issued to Kenneth Alan Inboden Becomes Final

Atlanta, Georgia — On October 31, 2013, an Order to Cease and Desist issued by the Georgia Department of Banking and Finance (“Department”) to Kenneth Alan Inboden of Milledgeville, Georgia became final.

This Order to Cease and Desist was issued by the Department after evidence was obtained during the course of an examination of Ranch Park Homes, NMLS #169060, showing that it is unlawful for Kenneth Alan Inboden to be employed in the residential mortgage brokering and lending industries in Georgia.
