How Do I Apply for a Litigation Financier Registration?

Litigation financier means any person engaged in or formed, created, or established for the purpose of engaging in any kind of business or economic activity that involves providing litigation financing in exchange for consideration of any kind.

Application and Requirements

• All litigation financier applications must be made through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS).

• Litigation Financier Registration - $2,000 plus additional NMLS fees
