GILA Per Loan Fees Payment Remittance

• GILA per loan fees collected for the period January 1 through June 30 of each year shall be remitted to the Department no later than the first business day of September of each year.
• GILA per loan fees collected for the period July 1 through December 31 of each year shall be remitted to the Department no later than the first business day of March of each year.

To avoid fines for failure to remit GILA per loan fees when due, reporting and payment must be completed on-line by the deadlines listed above and established in Rule 80-5-1-.07 .
