How Do I Apply for a Mortgage License?

A mortgage license is required for the following license types:  Mortgage Broker/Processor License/Registration, Mortgage Lender License/Registration, and Mortgage Loan Originator License.  Any additional Georgia office location outside of the broker’s or lender’s main office does not require a separate license, but it does require branch approval.  Branches fall under the company’s license.
