Non-Depository License Renewal
Non-Depository license renewal season begins November 1. Please renew your license via the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System (NMLS) by December 1 to avoid a late fee. Failure to renew by December 31 may result in expiration of your license.
How Do I Apply for an MSB License?
An MSB license is required for the following license types: Check Cashers, Money Transmitters, and Seller of Payment Instruments. Any additional Georgia office location outside of the check casher’s main office does not require a separate license, but it does require branch approval. Branches fall under the company’s check casher license.
