Georgia Installment Lender Quarterly Activity Report
The Georgia Installment Lender Quarterly Activity Report is required to be completed by all Georgia Installment Lender licensees. The submitted report should be complete and accurate and attested to by a senior executive officer or responsible owner of the company. The amounts and information requested on the form should be reported for all activity by the company, meaning all installment lending activity in the main office and branch offices under the licensed company should be aggregated and reported on a consolidated basis.
The Department of Banking and Finance (Department) will establish folders for each licensed company through the Department’s secure file sharing system. Primary company contacts will receive an email request from the Department’s secure file sharing system that will allow that person to upload the report the Department. The report may be completed by hand and scanned if desired, but please do not mail a hard copy of the completed report to the Department.
The Georgia Installment Lender Quarterly Activity Report is to report quarterly installment lender activity only and is not for the purpose of calculating and remitting tax liabilities to the Department. Please do not remit any tax payments to the Department with this report.
