How Do I Surrender/Withdraw My MSB License?

To surrender/withdraw your MSB license, you must file the surrender request through NMLS.  If you have a company license that has approved Georgia branches, you must also file a surrender request through NMLS for any Georgia branch locations.

REQUIREMENTS

•Surrender Request - $0 (Please ensure that any outstanding invoices on your company’s record have been paid before submitting a surrender request.)
