Effective January 2021, Georgia Money Transmitter licensees are required to submit once per year the Average Outstanding Balances for the second quarter (Q2) of the current calendar year directly to the Department (outside of the NMLS) using this fillable form:
The deadline for submitting this form is August 14 of the current calendar year. If August 14 falls on a weekend or holiday, the deadline will extend to the following business day. Licensees that fail to submit this form on or before the deadline date will be subject to fine of $1,000.
